Confirm in writing your full roster list with Leadership Job title to Dr G

PL / APL and SCRIBE - Attendance and Uniform Points WEEKLY.

SM Mr Bill collected a list of  “Uniform Items needed”. (Be sure to double check all Patches / Rank / Leadership role.

AMAZON and Michael’s sell SEWING KITS.

Dr B is bringing in his Brand New “Marine Corps Sewing kit”. Marines can sew / stitch uniforms and minor wounds In a pinch. 

 

REMINDER from CC Mr PJ 

    - Travel Day Pack / Bedroll / one set underwear / hygiene kit / snacks / Water bottle “IN THE BUS”

    -  Yellow Top / Black TOTE - will NOT be available until arrival in Camp.  (Pack wisely).

    - Typical planning for up to $100 at WOODRUFF souvenirs / supplies and up to $40 for meals / snacks “On the Road”.

     (Depending if travel Muffins / sandwiches / Ramen  chosen.)

ASM for Trailer QM Mr (Ormond) needs Scouts to help with inventory list and labels for storage. 

  - Patrol / Troop QM’s coordinate with him 

  - Eagle Lance Grenevicki Jr. Is in town for two months and has volunteered to assist.

If the Scout already has all the skills needed in a Leadership position - consider moving to Instructor or Troop Guide as a Mentor.  

Eagle Scouts automatically offered JASM (Allows the option to eat with the Adult Leaders if desired). 

OLDER SCOUTS --> Talk to the new SPL - PL if you are interested in more than one event this month /any future month (Coordinate with Mr Bill) — OK SAME SITE / DATE and or DIFFERENT SITES / DATES.  

 

EVENTS Under Consideration - Snowboarding?  Sea Base? BACKPACK? BIKING? HIKING? FISHING ? SNORKLING / SCUBA? Other HIGH ADVENTURE? 

OK informal / Ad Hoc Patrols — BASIC Skills PLUS ADVANCED Skill can be the same weekend or different weekend.

(SPL / PLC are actively interested in “Higher skill ad Hoc Patrol” plus  “Early skill level” events.  - please give suggestions to PL / SPL / ASPL for review at PLC
